If you are not entirely satisified with your purchase we are here to help.

If you are dissatisfied with your item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can organise the exchange within the month. We do not offer refunds.

All our items are carefully wrapped to ensure safe delivery, but if you experience any issues with the quality of your item e.g. your purchase arrives damaged please do get in touch within 5 days of delivery so we can organise a possible reparation (depending on the damage) or an exchange.
